Smart heating, room by room.

Room By Room controls the heating in each room of a house independently: every room has its own thermometer, its own radiator control and its own schedule, rather than one thermostat standing in for the whole building.

A small computer in the house does the thinking — it holds the plan and decides, room by room, when the heating should be on. A relay at the boiler asks it to fire only when some room actually wants heat. The interface is a web app on a phone, so the system can be seen and adjusted from anywhere, and a phone is the only device anyone has to install.
